Adam and I went to Target today. I got a set of golf clubs. They are the Wilson Hope for the Cure golf clubs. Proceeds went to breast cancer research. I love them because my purchase went to a good cause and they're pink! We're gonna take them for a spin at the driving range tomorrow.
Adam's uncle passed away earlier this week. What was so great was to see how much he was loved and how amazing this family is. And now the healing process can begin.
Sandi is almost done with being in heat. I'm glad, because her and Pepper have been cooped up in the house for the past few weeks. I need to get them to the dog park before they destroy my house.
It was bath day for the dogs. Adam started this new work schedule where for today and the next week he works Tuesday-Saturday. So it was just me trying to bathe these dogs. We do it in the shower because its less room for them to run away and makes it easier. So Pepper went first. This dog is afraid of everything. She escaped once and I had to chase a wet soapy dog around my bed. Sandi was much calmer. We had gotten this oatmeal shampoo for dogs because Pepper has been nipping at her fur lately. I thought it would help take the itch away. She is good so far, but I'd like to make it though the night before I'm completely sold on the product.
I wanted to go get a pedicure and my eye brows waxed before Adam was done with work, but I pulled up to the salon right as it was closing, so I'll have to go another day. But I did take my nail polish off yesterday. I think this is the first time in a long time my toes aren't painted. It looks weird...in a sense that I'm not used to looking at my actual toe nail.
Today we tried looking up an Iron Chef America Drinking Game. There is a lot for the original IC, but not the America one. Sounds like Adam and I have a game to create.
Pretty much it for now. But as you know, I'll keep you posted.
